Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, work email address, company, and message. We also collect general website usage and advertising-attribution information through Google Analytics and the OpenAI Ads measurement pixel, such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device type, interactions with key website features, and whether an enquiry follows an eligible ad click. The OpenAI pixel may store the ad-click reference in a first-party cookie so a later enquiry can be attributed.

The AI Job Calculator does not ask for your name or email address and does not store your answers. We record aggregate events such as starting or completing the calculator so we can understand how the feature is used.

How we use information

We use contact details to respond to enquiries, discuss potential services, maintain business records, and improve our services. We use website analytics and advertising-attribution data to understand which content is useful, measure campaign outcomes, and improve website performance and navigation. The OpenAI conversion event records that an enquiry was submitted; it does not include the contents of the form.

Service providers and overseas processing

Our website and enquiries rely on service providers including Vercel for website hosting, Web3Forms for contact-form delivery, GitHub for source-code hosting, Google Analytics for website measurement, and OpenAI for advertising measurement. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy and security practices.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@addaptive.com.au. We will review and respond to your request within a reasonable period.
