Training, Governance, and Pilots

This is where capability gets built. We deliver structured, role-specific AI training tailored to your workflows and tools, put clear governance and policy in place, and design and deliver a live pilot workflow based on a real business problem identified in Stage 1.
The outcome: Teams using AI confidently and consistently, clear governance in place, and at least one working pilot delivering tangible value.
Adoption and Ongoing Advisory
Make sure the improvements stick and scale.
Once you have seen what works, the question becomes how to expand it. Stage 3 is scoped based on what emerges from the earlier work, so you are investing based on proven results rather than assumptions. This typically includes expanding successful pilots, building additional AI workflows or agents, and ongoing advisory support.
